Our commitment to green building and design springs from the belief
that any individual or entity with the means to engage in the act
of building has an obligation to do so responsibly with respect to
other humans, the community, and the environment. Sustainable design
practices have been hallmarks of our projects for decades designs
that are influenced by climate, prevailing breezes, solar exposure,
the creative and careful use of natural light, and the use of durable,
recycled, and healthy materials.
