Our community
Beyond Hatch, our HAL team is deeply engaged in the communities where we live and work, supporting initiatives that advance health, inclusion, and the arts. One example is our participation in plane‑pull events for Orbis, a nonprofit organization that operates a Flying Eye Hospital and works to prevent avoidable blindness around the world. Through efforts like these, our team brings purpose, compassion, and enthusiasm to every cause we support.
The culture encourages collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and continuous learning, which allows our team to deliver design solutions that are innovative, practical, and meaningful. HAL is a place where your ideas are valued and where you can see the real impact of your work on both clients and communities.

Our involvement
At HAL, our culture extends beyond the work we deliver. We value connection, creativity, and the moments that bring our teams together. Throughout the year, we create opportunities for colleagues to collaborate, celebrate achievements, and build relationships across regions. These shared experiences strengthen our community and inspire the work we do.
